Barney's New Future: Istithmar Wins Chain and Rollout Seen

Let the Barney's expansion begin. Dubai-based investment fund Istithmar finally won the bidding for the specialty retailer on Thursday after rival Fast Retailing Co. Ltd. of Japan decided to drop out.
