New Time for Tourneau: Private Equity-Led Firm Buys Chain for $300M

The transaction is expected to be announced today and to be finalized in October. The New York-based watch retailer, one of the largest in the world, has entered into an agreement to be acquired for more than $300 million by an investor group.
