Simone Shubuck’s paintings, specifically her circular abstracts, inspired Tina Lutz’s Tse collection.

Simone Shubuck’s paintings, specifically her circular abstracts, inspired Tina Lutz’s Tse collection. The shapes appeared as stitching details on the hems of pants and jackets and as prints on tops.


Lutz also channeled Shubuck’s use of texture via vests in hand-braided fabrics and fringe on jackets and skirts. The result was an arty, crafty vibe that still maintained a simple elegance.
