Porsche Design RTW Spring 2015

For this season's collection, creative director Thomas Steinbrueck combined a high-tech approach to fashion with a relaxed, serene look.

In his latest show for Porsche Design, creative director Thomas Steinbrueck combined a high-tech approach to fashion with a relaxed, serene look for a collection both visually appealing and endlessly fascinating. He started by transforming fabrics through special treatments: Latex was made so soft that trenches flowed, while another technical fabric, used for comfortable pants and jackets, resembled textured linen.

The mood of the show was light and fresh: The women’s line was filled with very feminine draped dresses, see-through tops and chic separates, while men’s wear had a younger, sporty feel, including field jackets paired with roomy short pants.
