Front Row at Ralph Rucci

CEO Jeffry Aronsson's accessory of choice was a splint on his right hand, due to a broken pinky finger.

WHAT A SPORT: Juice fasts, SoulCycle binges or when all else fails the ole coffee-and-cigarettes diet are routine pre-fashion week rituals for some showgoers. But Ralph Rucci's chief executive Jeffrey Aronsson learned the hard way about the perils of personal trainers. He greeted guests at Sunday's show, his accessory of choice was a splint on his right hand, due to a broken pinky finger. "Friday I decided to get serious about getting into shape. I was working out with my trainer doing push-ups on a medicine ball and my hand just slipped."

Fortunately for Aronsson his orthopedic surgeon friend Seth Miller was in the house and promised to look at it backstage after the show to make sure it was set right. Before the lights went down, Rucci's right-hand man (who luckily is a leftie) greeted such loyalists as Iris Apfel and Charlotte Moss.
