MODEL PAIR: The start of Roberto Cavalli’s show in Milan was delayed by an extra few minutes as the Italian designer made his way down the front row, kissing guests. Elizabeth Hurley, accompanied by her Australian cricketer boyfriend Shane Warne, sat alongside British singer Leona Lewis, who took a break from working on her new album to fly in for the event.

Hurley said she would spend most of September and October promoting the Estée Lauder Cos. Inc.’s Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign. “We’re in the middle of a grand tour. We’ve just done China, and we’ve got New York and Toronto, London, Paris and Manchester coming up on our itinerary, and we light buildings pink and we raise money and awareness for breast cancer,” said Hurley, who has been working with Estée Lauder since 1995.

The “Gossip Girl” star, who also has her own beachwear line, said she keeps in touch with Cavalli over Twitter. “He often tweets out, ‘What colors do ladies want this season?’” she noted. “I like what he likes, as it happens.”

Warne, who has undergone a dramatic makeover since he started dating Hurley two years ago, posed with the actress in coordinating outfits for a spread in Hello magazine earlier this year, though he seemed keen to forget the experience. “The last time I think we dressed up was when we were ninjas for Halloween,” he laughed. No modeling career on the horizon, then? “I’m just giving that a break for a while,” he said with a smirk.
