Boldface names and editorial assistants alike had to combat a palpable heat at Rag & Bone’s runway show Friday evening at the future home of Moynihan Station in Midtown New York. Haillee Steinfeld managed to straddle both ends of the showgoing spectrum, making front row appearances this week while working for Teen Vogue’s Web site.  “It’s definitely a whole different world, so it’s fun to be able to experience it for this amount of time,” the teenage actress said, before taking her seat across the runway from Bruce Weber and Christy Turlington. Further down the line, Maggie Gyllenhaal sounded like an old pro: Rag & Bone would be her first and only stop of the week, she said
