Ann-Sofie Back RTW Spring 2012
Showing back-to-back — no pun intended — her high-end Atelje collection and her Back diffusion line on the same runway, the designer explored a puzzling religious theme rooted in her native Scandinavia. Her elaborately pleated and creased constructions on tailoring and shirting felt messy at times. The Back line had a clearer and more stylish message, the volume of her clothes contained with extra-thin black patent belts.
