SEARCH PARTY: At Max Mara, photographers gravitated toward elegant actress Chen Ran, who hails from Beijing. Through a translator, she said it was her first time in Milan and that she was also planning to attend a number of shows in Paris. Her latest effort is the movie “Searching,” directed by Chen Kaige. Also taking in the show was Mikhail Kusnirovich, chief executive officer of Bosco di Ciliegi, the luxury holding that runs the Gum luxury shopping mall and represents dozens of Western labels in Russia. “We are one of the biggest customers in the world for Max Mara,” he said. “We are developing not only in Moscow, but also in the other cities. This May, we opened several stores in Sochi, capital of the [2014 Winter] Olympic games.” Kusnirovich cited Max Mara, Etro, La Perla and Omega among the brands for which Bosco di Ciliegi is opening stores at the renovated Sochi Seaport mall.
