HOT IN THE CITY: Summer-like temperatures in Paris has editors and retailers bedraggled — and celebrities lamenting about faulty wardrobe planning. “We packed so many furs and big jackets. We’re like, ‘What the heck is going on?’” singer Ciara related Saturday at the Jean Paul Gaultier show. She looked cool as a cucumber, however, in a gauzy, backless Gaultier top. Also taking in the show was actor Mark Ruffalo’s wife, Sunrise Coigney, a stay-at-home mom who got a lot of attention — and a few darts — by wearing Gaultier to the Oscars.
