PARIS — The Valentino woman, according to hairstylist Guito Palau, is always “very feminine, sensual.”
He said such beauty has been around for a while, “but it’s one that never goes away because it’s so soft and romantic — and something that everyone wants.”
For the show, Palau crafted a very loose French braid around models’ heads and left some hair out “just to create more femininity,” he said. Products-wise, Palau used Redken All Soft Argan-6 Oil.
Makeup artist Pat McGrath contoured models’ faces with pastel-colored powders, softly swept gray around eyes and added a pigment to the corner of peepers and on eyelids.
She dabbed pink cream blush — Cover Girl Simply Ageless Sculpting Blush in Lush Berry — on lips.
