“We’re doing a beautifully soft, sculpted eye with a glowing intensity,” said makeup artist Pat McGrath, who prepared the look with Cover Girl Tru Blend MicroMinerals Foundation Base. Eyes were smudged with Cover Girl Intense Shadowblast Eye Shadow in Brown Bling, lined in Cover Girl Liquiline Blast Eyeliner in Blackfire, and lashes were finished with 24-Hour Lashblast in Black. A dewy cheek glowed with Olay Simply Ageless Sculpting Blush in #220, and lips were left natural.


“For the hair, Cavalli wanted something much easier, so it’s just a French twist to offset the glamorous clothing,” said Redken creative consultant Guido Palau. The simple updo started with Redken Aerate 08 All-Over Bodifying Cream Mousse, which was added to damp hair and rough-dried to build body and texture. Hair was pulled into a French twist and pinned into place, and softness was attained by allowing loose strands of hair to fall around twinkling tiaras.
