LONDON — “She is a Fifties Miami housewife that is kind of particular and meticulous, austere and uptight but also a bit kooky; She has been on Valium for too long,” Lucia Pieroni said about the makeup look at Jonathan Saunders.

She applied strong eyeliner on the edge of eye using MAC’s Blacktrack Fluidline, and juxtaposed that with dewy, slightly bronzed skin (courtesy of Metal-X and Fusion Gold eyeshadows used as highlighters and Mineralize Skinfinish in medium deep used as bronzer).

Lips were nude and chalky, made with Mac’s Prolongwear concealer.

Hairstylist Paul Hanlon created an “austere and uptight” ponytail, tied low on the nape of the neck and controlled on the side with a right parting and a hair pin above the ear. He used Frederic Fekkai’s Stronghold Mousse and Sheer Hold spray and then went  on to pull out “all this bits behind the ears.
