Dr. Ruth Westheimer made a fashion week appearance when she turned up at Michael Kors on Wednesday. “God forbid there shall be an event in New York City and I am not there,” she said from her third-row seat. “I am now 82 and if I don’t show up, people will say, ‘What happened?’ and ‘Did she die?’” She enjoyed her fashion week outing, not least because she bumped into a few old friends. “I already got kissed by Donald Trump,” she said. Dr. Ruth loved Michael Kors’ show, but left with a couple of minor complaints. “The bra manufacturers must be very upset,” she said of the parade of braless models walking by. “And why don’t the models ever smile?”
