A lot of designers claim to create collections that work for sophisticated women of any age. But Donna Karan proved it when she had Susan Sarandon, 63, and “Twilight” star Ashley Greene, 23, in her front row on Monday. Surprisingly, it was the elder Oscar winner who showed up toting a tiny pooch, behavior that’s more common among teenagers.
