HEY, BIG SPENDER: Lindsay Lohan, Emanuel Ungaro’s newly tapped artistic adviser, is fast becoming one of the house’s most avid boutique clients. Backstage at the Ungaro show Sunday, chief executive officer Mounir Moufarrige confirmed the multitasking actress had selected some 100,000 euros, or about $150,000 at current exchange, worth of clothes from Ungaro’s Avenue Montaigne flagship — with his blessing. “It’s part of the deal. What do you want, for her to be naked?” he commented. “I’m just so glad she likes Ungaro.”
