LONDON LANDINGS: Rock & Republic shook up Harrods Tuesday night as the L.A.-based brand introduced its nascent makeup line as well as a cashmere collection designed by Maria Buccellati. “I am excited to see how London girls are going to throw together the pieces,” said Buccellati, who is wife of the jeweler, Andrea. Rock & Republic will open three freestanding boutiques this year starting with a door in Los Angeles in October.
