Agnona Resort 2015

For his first resort collection for Agnona, creative director Stefano Pilati channeled Deauville in the Thirties.

For his first resort collection for Agnona, creative director Stefano Pilati channeled Deauville in the Thirties. The chic lineup featured stripes, silk shirts with wide collars and tailored coats with curved cuts that had a certain retro feel.

Paying homage to Agnona’s textile tradition, Pilati created a luxurious double-faced cashmere fabric that he named Century and used for featherweight spring coats and A-line skirts. Some of the house’s archival prints were also reworked, including a pattern of irregular polka dots shown on a fluid silk dress with ruffles on the back.
