It’s all about creating the perfect imbalance at VPL as Victoria Bartlett manipulates, folds and drapes fabrics. Inspired by the dull sheen of a bug, Bartlett plays with warm neutrals, all with a hint of shimmer and some pops of saffron yellow and Fabergé blue. She also offers sexy cowl-necked dresses, easy off-the-shoulder tops, tricky folded cargo pants and plenty of cool airy knits — all with her edgy hand.
