Kit Neale Mens RTW Spring Collection 2015

“This was about an adolescent dragged on holiday to the Mediterranean with his parents,” said Kit Neale, who is known for his kitsch prints and vivid use of color.

Cacti, in-flight safety cards and planes provided motifs for printed trousers, bomber jackets, parkas and shirts. Prints taken from the Coca-Cola archive included cartoon giraffes and a baby cowboy riding a Coke bottle, shouting, “Yippee!” One preppy ensemble featured a pink and blue cactus print in abstract, all over a shirt and pants, teamed with a pink lamé and white striped sweater. Little googly-eyed “monsters” made from Perspex and marabou feathers dangled from belt loops, adding another layer of fun.
