Front Row at Lanvin
BEATS ME: Techno deities Richie Hawtin and Jeff Mills took in Lanvin’s men’s show Sunday morning, Hawtin just back from a gig in Amsterdam. He’s also in Paris showing of the men’s collection he does with his designer friend Isolde Richly, which is made in Japan. “The clothes are quite refined, in a very minimalist and monochromatic vein,” he said. Mills has strong ties to fashion as well: He has a fashion boutique in Chicago called Gamma Player.
