Designer Stefan Miljanic has finely honed a hand-crafted, turn-of-the-century aesthetic.

If the cast of “Gangs of New York” was obsessed with impeccable suits, artisanal organic denim and cashmere underwear, they’d resemble the fall lineup at Gilded Age.
