OLD SCHOOL: Generations collided on Friday at the Kris Van Assche show, where R&B singers Kanye West and Chris Brown sat across from photographer Sarah Moon and veteran French artist Jacques Monory.
Moon said she was about to shoot some images for Dior Homme, where the Belgian designer is artistic director. Monory, wearing his trademark gangster trilby, said he never missed a show. “In general, I’m not interested in fashion, but I really like catwalk shows, especially the razzle-dazzle.
It feeds into my work,” said the 85-year-old artist, sizing up West and his girlfriend Amber Rose as they posed for photographers.
