Bally Men's RTW Fall 2009
While Bally has been lately heading in an ethnic direction, creative director Brian Atwood yanked his bohemian traveler back to the city with sophisticated urban fare. The presentation spotlighted tailoring, an area Atwood tackled with discretion. The best looks consisted of grey pinstripe suits over silk shirts and gauzy knits. Other highlights included biker-style outerwear, like the supple, washed black leather jacket bonded with a chunky knit lining, plus a slew of luxury accessories, including green croc computer bags and a buttery washed python tote. Sleek combat boots with zippers flanking the laces underscored the modern glamour Atwood has married with Bally’s luxury roots.
