FACE THE MUSIC: The BAFTAs, which took place Sunday night in London, dominated conversation in the front row of the Burberry Prorsum the following day. And it’s likely that no one felt the impact more keenly than Tinie Tempah, who performed at the ceremony.

"It was definitely a night to remember... to perform in front of Prince William and Leonardo DiCaprio and Oprah Winfrey and Steve McQueen and Chiwetel Ejiofor - it was a dream for me," said Tempah, who shielded his weariness behind sunglasses.

He also talked about his much-publicized high five with Prince William. "It was a spontaneous thing," he said. What did it feel like? "It felt like a hand," he shot back.

Also sitting front row were Naomie Harris, Harry Styles, Jamie Campbell Bower, Alison Mosshart and Felicity Jones, who has just finished filming “Theory of Everything” in which she plays Jane Hawking to Eddie Redmayne's Stephen J. Hawking.

"It's all about their relationship," she said. "It's always a challenge playing people who are alive because you want to do them justice."

Paloma Faith took part in the show, performing her new track “Only Love Can Hurt Like This,” accompanied by six violinists and two cellists. Could Harry Styles and One Direction be next on Burberry’s stage? “Erm, yes, why not?” he said.
