SOCIAL SET: A crowd of socialites showed up for the John Galliano show in Paris on Sunday. Mary Charteris, the niece of Daphne Guinness, sat next to Elena Perminova. Joséphine de la Baume said she was busy doing press for “Titanic,” a four-part mini-series written by Julian Fellowes, the creator of the hugely popular “Downton Abbey.” De la Baume plays survivor Léontine Aubart, a singer who was the mistress of millionaire Benjamin Guggenheim, in the series that will screen on British television channel ITV to mark the 100th anniversary of the maritime disaster.
Andrej Pejic wore a cropped shirt that exposed his toned abs. The androgynous model declined to provide details on his upcoming campaign for Jean Paul Gaultier’s men’s fragrance Kokorico. “Oh, I can’t talk about it,” said Pejic, who walked in Gaultier’s women’s wear show the day before. “I’m definitely looking more into things beyond just modeling – perhaps TV, perhaps a movie, but I can’t be specific,” he added.
Lou Lesage said she was about to start writing songs for her next album with her father, Ultra Orange singer Pierre Emery. “I think it’s going to be full of happy songs, and some sad ones, too, because one is not always happy in life — thank goodness,” she smiled.
