WU’S LINE: Aside from the usual contingent of socials, there were two very fresh faces in the front row of Jason Wu’s runway show at 340 West Street on Friday afternoon. Shailene Woodley, who racked up critical acclaim and a Golden Globe nod for her role in “The Descendents,” was making her fashion week debut. Was she feeling any pressure to up her fashion quotient now that she’s a red carpet regular? “I don’t have to do anything I don’t want to do,” she laughed. “I want to be here.”
Emily VanCamp, another front-row rookie, who plays the lead in ABC’s Hamptons payback soap “Revenge,” was a bit further up the line taking in a bit of role research. “I come from a small town in Canada, so this is certainly not something I’m familiar with,” she said. “I sort of had to study it a bit….All of this is very… different.”
