THEY GO WAY BACK: Ivanka Trump’s only fashion show outing was to see what Dennis Basso had on his runway and how could she not make the trip? The designer was in the hospital the day she was born and gave her mother Ivana a mink bunting blanket. Another blast from his past was Joan Rivers, who caught his first fashion show at the Regency Hotel in 1983. Basso also had many of his regulars including Susan Lucci, Carol Alt, Lizzie Tisch and Nina Griscom. Basso capped off the night at Bemelmans Bar at the Carlyle Hotel with his new husband Michael Cominotto, who he met 25 years ago and recently married.
