Don't expect double gold-medal winning snowboarder Shaun White to look uneasy at a fashion show. "It’s interesting to see other designers' work," said the athlete, known for his jaw-dropping McTwists and his auburn mane, posing for paparazzi at the DSquared show Friday.
White designs collections for Target and said he is "a big fan" of the Caten twins' style. Following his victory at the Vancouver Winter Olympics, White said he was "cruising through Europe on a media tour and was headed to Salzburg, Germany, and Frankfurt, then Los Angeles "to be on Jay Leno's talk show," and on to Japan. Grueling? Hardly. "I'm in an upbeat spirit, I've been traveling since I was 11 and I'm used to being on airplanes and always on the road. Also, it helps that I can sleep anywhere," said White.
