Mulleavy Friends with Benefits
There's a clear benefit to being in the Los Angeles area — the proximity to celebrities.
Just ask Kate and Laura Mulleavy. The Rodarte sisters, who are rumored to be dressing a nominee at this Sunday's Academy Awards, had Elijah Wood and Kirsten Dunst in their front row, both gushing about the two designers whom they consider friends from out west. "I saw the collection last night and loved it, " Dunst said. "There are a couple of pieces for the red carpet."
Wood, meanwhile, said he recently completed work on an animated movie — a genre he seemed to enjoy. "It's a voiceover so you don't have to worry about the physical."
