“With the men’s and women’s apparel businesses sharing many of the same issues, we believe that integrating men’s coverage through WWD’s daily print and digital resources is the best way to serve our global audience,” McCarthy said.
In addition to the daily coverage, WWD will publish more extensive WWDMen’s reports each Thursday, beginning in January. The paper also will add special sections and reports during key fashion events, including the men’s fashion shows in New York, Milan and Paris, and WWDMen’s Collections magazines twice a year.
There will be a dedicated WWDMen’s channel on WWD.com beginning next month.
