Ingrid Sischy and Sandra Brant Resign from Interview

Brant sells stake to ex-husband Peter Brant, will leave Brant Publications after transition.

After two years of exploring strategic alternatives, Sandra Brant, chief executive officer, president and publisher of Interview magazine parent company Brant Publications, has decided to sell her 50 percent interest in the company to her co-owner, ex-husband Peter Brant. She will leave the company after overseeing a transition period.

In addition, Ingrid Sischy has resigned as editor in chief of Interview after 18 years at the helm.

 

Besides Interview, Brant Publications comprises Art in America and The Magazine Antiques.
