TRANSALPINE HONOR: Vogue Italia editor-in-chief Franca Sozzani will be made a Knight of the Legion of Honor, one of France’s highest civilian distinctions, on March 13. The seasoned fashion journalist will be celebrated with a lunch at the Italian embassy before being awarded her medal by French President Nicolas Sarkozy.
