THE WRIGHT STUFF: French fashion retailer Gérard Darel has signed Robin Wright as its new face. Wright succeeds fellow American actress Mamie Gummer in a move that signals the brand’s shift toward American talent following its long association with French singer and actress Charlotte Gainsbourg. Darel, which was acquired by private equity firm Advent International in 2008, is expanding its global presence and increasingly courting Hollywood.
