Glamour may have lost a market editor, but it gained an editor in its features department. Samantha Bishopp Mollett, the magazine’s senior fashion editor, market, is moving to In Style as senior market editor. Mollett returns to In Style after working there as a fashion assistant. She had been at Glamour since 2004. A replacement has not been named for Mollett’s position, but a vacancy in the features department has been filled.
Veronica Chambers, a freelance writer and author of several books, has been named features director. Chambers has roots at the magazine — in the Nineties, she was named one of its Top 10 College Women and edited a column in the magazine, “Bridges.” More recently she has penned profiles of Jennifer Lopez and Mariska Hargitay. Additionally, Chambers has contributed to O at Home; the American, Japanese and Italian editions of Vogue, and Philadelphia Home. The changes come as Glamour preps to unveil a redesign in its September issue.
