Memo Pad: Project Runway Roadblock... GQ's Handsome Party...

Everyone seems to have an objection in the "Project Runway" lawsuit marathon.

RUNWAY ROADBLOCK: Everyone seems to have an objection in the “Project Runway” lawsuit marathon. The latest motion, as reported by Reuters, was filed late Tuesday night by Lifetime. The network is countersuing NBC Universal, Bravo and The Weinstein Co., seeking exclusive rights to “Project Runway.” To recap for those who haven’t been paying attention, the program was set to move to Lifetime from Bravo in January for the sixth season, but all the court hearings probably mean it won’t be back again for quite some time. NBC Universal in April filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against The Weinstein Co., the show’s producers, claiming NBC had right of first refusal over the reality program. NBC won an injunction in September preventing the show from moving to Lifetime; in October, Lifetime filed a motion to move the case to federal court from state court. Next volley?
