And prior to joining Redbook in 2004, Morrison was executive editor at Marie Claire. In the second half of 2009, Redbook’s newsstand sales dropped 30 percent to 126,400 compared with the second half of 2008, while total paid and verified circulation was basically flat at roughly 2.2 million, according to the Audit Bureau of Circulations.
