MORE CHANGES: By the end of this year, W will lose executive editor Ted Moncreiff, while design director Joseph Logan has already left the magazine. Moncreiff has agreed to stay through December to work on W’s 40th anniversary book and iPad app, said a spokeswoman. Both are leaving to pursue personal projects. Meanwhile, Maura Egan is joining the magazine as features director, following her short stint as deputy editor of lifestyle, entertainment and culture for The Huffington Post, and Anton Ioukhnovets has been tapped as art director. Ioukhnovets has worked as art director for GQ.
