SINGER’S SOIREE: Sally Singer, who seemed a little embarrassed by all of the attention, was the guest of honor at a cocktail party on Thursday evening at the Spotted Pig. In what was the final stop for many following a jam-packed fashion week, a long list of designers and editors packed into the upstairs portion of the West Village restaurant to congratulate Singer on her appointment as editor of T: The New York Times Style Magazine. One of the first to arrive was her ex-boss at Vogue, Anna Wintour, who stayed for about 15 minutes before moving on. Designers on hand included Olivier Theyskens, Jason Wu, Prabal Gurung, Reed Krakoff, Joseph Altuzarra, Patrick Robinson (with wife, Vogue staffer Virginia Smith) and Marco Zanini, who flew in from Milan just to attend Singer’s party. Meanwhile, at this point it probably goes without saying that Courtney Love also stopped by (is there a party she didn’t attend last week?) Singer told WWD her first issue of T will come out in December, while in February she will publish her first fashion issue. She added that her staff of a little less than 40 is set and no further hires are in the works.
