Glamour is also hosting a book party for Pearl's new book, "In Search of Hope," today in midtown Manhattan leading up to Monday's event. Karan is being honored with an award for her Urban Zen initiative, which touts the healing powers of yoga along with traditional medicines. Diane Sawyer will present the award to the designer.
