“Maurizio Galante, Transversal Vision: Haute Couture, Design, Architecture,” a new bilingual tome by HC Éditions, traces the past 25 years of creation of multidisciplinary design talent Maurizio Galante. Due for release on Oct. 21, the 352-page work explores Galante’s transversal, dreamlike creative journey as an architect, designer, curator and couturier. Text is in French and English. Using the color red as a linking thread, the book features contributions from artists, writers and journalists with whom Galante has collaborated over the years, as well as images of his work by a number of photographers, including David Bailey, Bill Cunningham and Sarah Moon.
