EYE ON THE PRIZE: Alber Elbaz, due to present his next Lanvin collection on Sept. 27, has additional duties during Paris Fashion Week. On Oct. 3, he is to decorate Harper’s Bazaar editor in chief Glenda Bailey with a Legion of Honor prize in a ceremony at the Bristol. “Apparently it’s green,” Bailey said at the Prada show, noting that Duncan Edwards would host the event on behalf of Hearst International. Elbaz himself received the French award of merit in 2007.
