WHEN IN ROME: After a cameo appearance as priests in Rob Marshall’s “Nine,” Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce flew back to Rome on Thursday to film a Martini Gold ad spot with their friend Monica Bellucci.
The cameras whirred between Cinecittà and the Caffè della Pace as the designers braved the sweltering Roman heat in tuxedos. The duo just teamed up with the storied liquor house for a special co-branding project.
Gabbana, by now a prolific Twitter-er, kept fans in the loop with dispatches such as: “I’m on the make-up van,” “Roman sunset” or “Monica, Monica, Monica.”
