MILAN — Diego Della Valle confirmed his capital increase in Italian publishing firm RCS Mediagroup through DI.VI. Finanziaria and Dorint Holding, which he controls.
The Tod’s chief had estimated his investment would be about 40 million euros, or $51.7 million at current exchange rates.
Della Valle said his stake in RCS rises to 8.81 percent from 8.7 percent.
