LABRACIO JOINS CNE: Condé Nast Entertainment has added another exec to its roster.
The entertainment wing of the publishing firm named Joe LaBracio as executive vice president of alternative programming on Thursday, following its hire of chief revenue officer Lisa Valentino two days earlier. LaBracio will report to CNE president Dawn Ostroff. He will be responsible for “developing and producing unscripted programming” inspired by Condé Nast publications, CNE said.
Most recently, LaBracio served as the cohead of alternative television at United Talent Agency, where he worked on building the company’s international format, broadcast and cable television business. Prior to that, he worked as an agent in the television department of Creative Arts Agency. He has also held executive posts at CBS, where he oversaw the production of “The Amazing Race,” “Big Brother” and “Rock Star,” among others.
