Michael Kors Hits One Million Facebook Fans

The brand celebrates one million Facebook fans with the launch of a video montage featuring the designer’s most memorable moments.

Michael Kors has another reason to celebrate — this time, for its strides in the digital space. The brand has accumulated one million Facebook fans and conjunctively launched a revamped Facebook Timeline that celebrates the brand’s 31 years as well as the life of the designer himself. Having launched its Facebook page in June 2009, Michael Kors has seen its most rapid growth over the last six months, doubling page fans since September 2011 with over 50,000 post likes in the past month.

 

The brand has also launched a video montage featuring archived shots of runway shows, editorial and campaign highlights, personal photos, behind-the-scenes footage and more.

“It’s wonderful to look back on more than 30 years with this fabulous community of fans,” said the designer.
