It's the time of year when the weather outside can be frightful. So everyone — even celebs and socialites — must dress accordingly. There are those who try to maintain their personal style, à la Kate Hudson, who battled arctic Manhattan winds with a shearling coat over a minidress. Others, like Madonna, favor big hats, patterned scarves and even moon boots. But some forgo fashion altogether.
