In a crowded shoe market, Band of Outsiders is looking to stand out.

The fashion brand announced this week it will launch its own footwear collection for resort ’15. Starting in November, the line will be available in its New York boutique and worldwide.

With prices ranging from $295 to $695, Band of Outsiders looks to go up against the likes of other apparel-to-footwear ventures, including 3.1 Phillip Lim and Michael Kors.

Underlining the brand’s signature aesthetic, standout styles include two-tone slippers, high-shine ankle boots and loafer sandals that lace up.

This isn’t the first time the L.A.-based label has experimented with shoes. Band of Outsiders has worked with Manolo Blahnik on runway collections and it helped renew interest in Sperry Top-Sider with a men’s line in the past.
