Elba Marcillo is joining Two Ten Footwear Foundation’s executive team as CFO.
Marcillo is set to start her new role by the end of the month. The organization has been conducting a search since former CFO David Phillips died in July.
“David Phillips was a very special guy who selflessly served Two Ten for 14 years, [which] made our selection process quite challenging because we were not only searching for someone who would fill big shoes and do the job, but love the job, like we all feel here,” Two Ten President Neal Newman said in a statement. “We succeeded with Elba and look forward to her arrival.”
Most recently, Marcillo served as CFO at Boston-based nonprofit Nuestra Comunidad Development Corp. She also has worked in the private sector at Lotus Development Corp. and Deloitte & Touche.
