Neal Lee, former director of sales for Nina Footwear Corp., died this week at the age of 79.
Lee spent 30 years at the company, starting as a Midwest sales rep in 1983 and eventually earning the title of regional VP and director of sales.
“There was integrity and honesty in everything he did. He was the quintessential salesmen’s salesman,” Flori Silverstein, design director of Nina Originals, said in a written statement. “He was respected by his peers and everyone he worked with. We, in the Silverstein family, and all his friends at Nina will always remember him fondly.”
Donations in Lee’s memory can be made to the Two Ten Footwear Foundation or to the St. James Memorial Fund.
